Built Around What Contracting Officers Actually Evaluate

Not adjectives. Schedule control, documented quality, an accountable single party, and a record that survives review.

Single Point of Accountability

One contractor holds the schedule, the subcontractors and the documentation. The contracting officer has one number to call and one party answerable for the result.

Structured Project Management

Baseline schedules, tracked submittals and change control applied from preconstruction through closeout, so status is a fact rather than an opinion.

Transparent Communication & Reporting

Progress reported against the approved baseline on a set cadence. Problems are raised while they are still cheap to solve.

Quality & Schedule Control

Three-phase quality control with documented inspections and deficiency tracking, maintained as the work proceeds so acceptance is not delayed by missing records.

Construction Plus Technology Capability

A construction business with a working technology practice in the same company - useful on projects touching building systems, security infrastructure, low-voltage work or facility data.

Class A Construction License

A Class A license carries no monetary limit on project size in Virginia, so bid capacity is not a constraint on the work we can take on.

Cleared, Secure-Facility Experience

Ongoing electronic security systems work inside operating federal facilities in the National Capital Region — delivered around the mission, under facility access rules, without downtime.

Licensed Electricians In-House

Electrical and low-voltage work self-performed by certified electricians, rather than passed to a subcontractor and managed at arm's length.

Trusted by Major Federal Primes

Vetted onto the supply chains of large federal systems integrators, with the compliance and reporting discipline that requires.

Federal Project Experience

Direct experience delivering construction, material supply and facilities support to federal clients, including work performed in 2024.

Responsive Supplier & Subcontractor Network

Established subcontractor and supplier relationships in the Washington, DC region.

Rapid Mobilization

Capacity to mobilize on short-notice task orders and on-call facilities work.

Safety-Focused Delivery

Site-specific safety planning, hazard analysis and incident reporting on every project.

How We Deliver

Construction Delivery Process

Predictability comes from doing the same thing every time, and documenting it as you go.

  1. Requirement Review

We read the solicitation, drawings and specifications before we price anything, and we raise questions during the Q&A window rather than after award. Scope gaps found here cost nothing to fix.

  2. Planning & Preconstruction

Constructibility review, schedule development and a procurement plan for long-lead items. The client sees the baseline schedule before mobilization, not after the first delay.

  3. Mobilization & Procurement

Site setup, submittals, subcontractor onboarding and material ordering against the approved schedule. Access, badging and site rules are settled before crews arrive.

  4. Construction Execution

Sequenced trade work under daily supervision, phased around building occupants where the facility stays in use. Progress is reported against the baseline, not against a moving target.

  5. Quality & Safety Control

Three-phase quality control - preparatory, initial and follow-up - with daily reports, deficiency logs and safety documentation maintained throughout rather than assembled at the end.

  6. Inspection, Closeout & Handover

Punch list resolution, final inspection support, and a closeout package with as-builts, O&M manuals and warranties assembled so the contracting officer can accept the work without chasing paperwork.

Verify what we claim

Every identifier, certification and contract vehicle on this site is published with enough detail to be checked independently. Where something is still being confirmed, we leave it off rather than round it up.
