Dr. Zahid Hussin, PMP

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Zahid Hussin leads Agile1Tech, bringing more than twenty years of experience delivering technology and construction solutions to U.S. Government and commercial clients. He combines an entrepreneur's view of where the business should go with the discipline to run the programs that get it there.

Charles Eggleston

Chief Operating Officer

Charles Eggleston is a retired U.S. Army combat veteran of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, and a recipient of the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. He has served as Commander of the Military Order of the Purple Heart for Maryland and as a Regional Commander, and brings that operational discipline to running Agile1Tech's day-to-day delivery.

Daphne Nesseltree

Director of Business Development — Government Contracting

Daphne Nesseltree has spent more than five years at Agile1Tech leading business development across federal government, aerospace, defense and education. Her work covers market analysis and opportunity identification, and she has been instrumental in securing multimillion-dollar contracts and building the client relationships behind them.

Allen Jackson

Director of Operations — Government Contracting

Allen Jackson brings thirty years of leadership in operations, contract management and monitoring and evaluation. His background spans government and 501(c)(3) non-profit corporate compliance, contracting, and financial and program management under FAR and AIDAR at USAID, FAR and CFR across the wider federal government, and DFARS in Defense.

Howard M. Gray

Director of Human Resources

Howard Gray leads human resources at Agile1Tech, drawing on more than twenty years studying psychology. He is responsible for recruitment, staffing and the employment practices that support the company's field and professional teams.

Carlos Rentes

Program Manager

Carlos Rentes served twenty-four years with the U.S. Army, including nineteen years in Special Operations with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne), 7th Special Forces Group and Special Operations Command South. He specializes in plans and operations, full-spectrum logistics and mission support program management — the discipline he now applies to running Agile1Tech programs across concurrent federal task orders.

Nahid Khan

Operations Manager

Nahid Khan manages day-to-day operations at Agile1Tech, coordinating field resources, scheduling and the reporting that keeps concurrent projects on track.

Robert Kenneth William

Construction Site Manager

Robert Kenneth William brings more than thirty years of hands-on construction experience, taking residential and commercial projects from raw land through to completion. He spent over ten years in big-box retail construction across California, Virginia and Maryland, and ten years in electromagnetic shielding — building shielded rooms and areas in the United States, Canada and Saudi Arabia. On site he reads the drawings, schedules the trades to keep work on time and on budget, and issues weekly progress reports so the client is never guessing where a project stands.
