What this website collects, why, and what we do with it.
Owner review required. This policy describes what the website as built actually does. Before publication it should be reviewed by counsel against the company's wider data practices, including CRM and email retention, and any state privacy law obligations that apply to the company.
Information we collect
This website collects information in only one place: the contact form. When you submit it, we receive your name, organization or agency, email address, and optionally your phone number, project location and estimated start date, together with the project type and the scope description you write.
The site sets a session cookie and a cross-site request forgery token cookie. These are strictly necessary for the form to work securely. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party tracking scripts on this site.
How we use it
We use what you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, where you have asked for it, to send you our capability statement. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
What not to send
Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, procurement-sensitive information, or sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers or financial account details through this website. The contact form is not an appropriate channel for any of these.
Server logs
Our web server records standard request information, including IP address, requested URL, timestamp and user agent. This is used for security monitoring and for diagnosing faults.
Retention
Contact form submissions are delivered to our staff by email and retained in our mail system in line with our normal business correspondence retention practice.

To ask what we hold about you, to request correction, or to ask us to delete your inquiry, contact info@agile1tech.com.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. The contact form is protected against cross-site request forgery and is rate limited. We do not store form submissions in a website-accessible database.
