Construction Capabilities

What We Build, Secure and Maintain

Four capability areas covering a project from site preparation through closeout, the electrical and security systems inside the building, and the support that keeps it running.

Ongoing Federal Experience

Security systems, construction and facilities work for federal clients in the National Capital Region.

SCIF Security Solutions & Secure Facility Design

Agile1Tech delivers SCIF security solutions and secure facility design for federal clients in the National Capital Region. This is accredited-space work: the design and installation has to satisfy the physical, acoustic and access requirements a compartmented facility is assessed against, and it is carried out by certified electricians and security systems technicians operating inside an occupied, continuously operating building under its own access and escort rules.

Electronic Security Systems — The Pentagon

Agile1Tech performs electronic security systems work at the Pentagon, covering access control, video surveillance and intrusion detection infrastructure. Work is carried out inside a continuously operating facility, under its access, escort and work-window requirements, without interrupting daily operations.

Built Around What Contracting Officers Actually Evaluate

Schedule, quality, documentation and a single accountable party. Everything below describes how the work is run.

Single Point of Accountability

One contractor holds the schedule, the subcontractors and the documentation. The contracting officer has one number to call and one party answerable for the result.

Structured Project Management

Baseline schedules, tracked submittals and change control applied from preconstruction through closeout, so status is a fact rather than an opinion.

Transparent Communication & Reporting

Progress reported against the approved baseline on a set cadence. Problems are raised while they are still cheap to solve.

Quality & Schedule Control

Three-phase quality control with documented inspections and deficiency tracking, maintained as the work proceeds so acceptance is not delayed by missing records.

Construction Plus Technology Capability

A construction business with a working technology practice in the same company - useful on projects touching building systems, security infrastructure, low-voltage work or facility data.

Class A Construction License

A Class A license carries no monetary limit on project size in Virginia, so bid capacity is not a constraint on the work we can take on.

How We Deliver

Construction Delivery Process

The same six stages on every project, so the client always knows what is happening now and what happens next.

  1. Requirement Review

We read the solicitation, drawings and specifications before we price anything, and we raise questions during the Q&A window rather than after award. Scope gaps found here cost nothing to fix.

  2. Planning & Preconstruction

Constructibility review, schedule development and a procurement plan for long-lead items. The client sees the baseline schedule before mobilization, not after the first delay.

  3. Mobilization & Procurement

Site setup, submittals, subcontractor onboarding and material ordering against the approved schedule. Access, badging and site rules are settled before crews arrive.

  4. Construction Execution

Sequenced trade work under daily supervision, phased around building occupants where the facility stays in use. Progress is reported against the baseline, not against a moving target.

  5. Quality & Safety Control

Three-phase quality control - preparatory, initial and follow-up - with daily reports, deficiency logs and safety documentation maintained throughout rather than assembled at the end.

  6. Inspection, Closeout & Handover

Punch list resolution, final inspection support, and a closeout package with as-builts, O&M manuals and warranties assembled so the contracting officer can accept the work without chasing paperwork.
